The Magazzini Generali houses the Customs Section Magazzini Generali in Bolzano, known as SOT (Sezione Operativa Territoriale - Territorial Operations Section) and offers an import/export customs warehousing service for goods awaiting delivery to foreign countries, thus allowing companies that usually import goods to have 'free zones' for an indefinite period of time and to carry out the appropriate customs formalities.
We also offer direct logistical support for
customs visits when unloading and reloading.
Tax deposit
The General Warehouse operates a tax warehouse service. This is a special service for receiving or dispatching goods, in particular for goods under duty suspension arrangements, such as spirits.
This activity is carried out in close cooperation with a partner based in the facility.
