COMPUTERISED MANAGEMENT

Thanks to the data acquisition entrusted to our digitised warehouse management system integrated with advanced hardware equipment, every goods movement is documented and tracked. This enables us to keep stock levels, location layout, visibility of goods movements and instant access to warehouse balances; as well as process management and operational cycles.

SAFETY

The entrance gates are remote-controlled, with access control; the facility is monitored 24/7 by a video surveillance system.

Security of goods:

The environments for storing fresh and refrigerated goods at the Magazzini Generali in Bolzano comply with all EU regulations on storage, fulfilling all self-control principles and according to the HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) system for the prevention of food contamination risks throughout the food chain.

The Generali warehouses adopt all the sanitisation and safety procedures required by law. In order to minimise dust contamination of stored goods, the rooms are regularly dry cleaned. Wet cleaning, on the other hand, is carried out at least once a week.
